Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, documentation, and resolution workflow for Payer EDI production issues.
- Researches root causes, runs SQL queries, searches AWS/VA systems.
- Creates ServiceNow tickets.
- Liaises between EDI leadership, OIT, and business stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related (required).
- EDI standards or Agile certification
- 4+ yrs in EDI operations, healthcare tech troubleshooting, or Agile practices.
- Must have: X12 transaction mapping knowledge, SQL querying, AWS/cloud experience, ServiceNow, issue triage, SOP development, strong written/verbal communication.
