Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst for a contract role. This position is responsible for leading build work, performing self-led discovery, and managing transfer center workflows for Critical Access Hospital builds. The ideal candidate will be customer-service focused, personable, and capable of creating rapport with both end users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the build work for Grand Central as the sole owner of the module.
- Conduct self-led discovery sessions to understand the needs of partners new to Epic.
- Manage facility structure and transfer center workflows for Critical Access Hospital builds.
- Perform testing and provide cutover support.
- Work with a standard build, maintaining offerings at approximately 95% standardization.
- Collaborate with project managers while taking ownership of Grand Central tasks.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Must be certified in Epic Grand Central.
- Proven experience with Epic implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience with system testing and cutover support.
- Must be eligible to be hired without sponsorship.
Travel:- Ability to travel up to 25% for key project milestones such as TDRs, cutovers, and go-lives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Community Connect is a plus.
- Knowledge of Epic Prelude and/or Real Time Eligibility (RTE) is a nice-to-have.
- Interest in a potential full-time conversion is highly regarded.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $70.00/hr and $80.00/hr.
