Oracle Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) Functional Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) Functional Consultant in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead functional workshops for Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) processes across Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Pricing, Credit Management, Revenue Management, and Collections in Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM Cloud
* Analyze current-state receivables and billing processes and design future-state ITC flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices
* Configure Oracle Fusion modules including Accounts Receivable (AR), OM, Advanced Pricing, Credit Management, AutoInvoice, Revenue Accounting (RMCS), and related setups
* Develop and maintain Business Process Design (BPD) documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and end-to-end ITC process documentation
* Configure and support customer master data, transaction types, invoicing rules, accounting rules, receipt methods, lockboxes, tax integration, and revenue recognition
* Validate ITC integration touchpoints with Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), SCM, Tax, and EPM modules
* Collaborate with integration teams to define and test interfaces for orders, invoices, receipts, credit memos, revenue data, and customer balances using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs
* Support AutoInvoice, receipt processing, bank lockbox, customer payments, adjustments, write-offs, disputes, and collections workflows
* Ensure accurate Subledger Accounting (SLA) for Accounts Receivable, including revenue, tax, freight, and adjustments posting to GL
* Support ITC-related data migration including customer conversion, open AR balances, invoices, receipts, and historical revenue data
* Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles
* Validate ITC accounting accuracy across AR subledger, SLA rules, RMCS postings, and GL reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
* 10-15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, focused on Invoice-to-Cash (AR, OM, Pricing, RMCS)
* Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Invoice-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition, customer billing, credit management, and collections
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, AutoInvoice, receipt processing, lockbox, and SLA configuration
* Experience with Revenue Management (RMCS) and compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15
* Familiarity with upstream integrations from SCM/OM and downstream financial reporting requirements
* Experience working with integrations using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and ITC reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
* Hands-on experience with data migration for customers, AR balances, invoices, and receipts
* Experience supporting multi-currency, multi-ledger, and multi-region environments
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Prior experience supporting multi-region Oracle Cloud implementations (NA, EMEA, APAC)
* Experience managing quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assessing impact on ITC processes
* Preferred Certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (AR/OM/RMCS)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
