Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals, ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. The position ensures solutions are well-designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built-in from the outset. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience using design and architectural patterns. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals
- Ensure software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
- Create solutions that are well-designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built-in
Requirements: - CSSA certification in PEGA 7.X or later
- More than 3 years of hands-on development experience in PEGA
- Experience with Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Experience with Pega Decision Strategy and Pega Reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment
- Experienced in Agile methodologies
- Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities
Desired skills: - Hands-on development experience in PEGA 8.X
Pay range: $55.06 $63.06 per hour
