Job Title: Business Analyst - w2 only
Location: Sunnyvale, CA- onsite
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $50/hr on w2
GenAI-fluent business process analyst to partner with the AI @ Sales BPR Lead in accelerating AI adoption across Sales Business Process
Reengineering. This is a hybrid role: part process designer, part AI builder, part change agent.
Should be capable to map workflows, identify AI opportunities, design and build solutions using prompting and AI tools (not code), and drive adoption across our teams.

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis, process design, or workflow optimization — ideally in a Sales, Ops, or enterprise tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and redesign them for efficiency
- Strong GenAI fluency: hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) — you can prompt, iterate, and build workflows without writing code.
You should be comfortable navigating AI tools daily, not just aware of them.
- Ability to navigate technical landscapes: understand APIs, data flows, system architectures, and integration patterns well enough to propose viable solutions
and communicate effectively with engineering teams
- UX-centric mindset — you think from the user''s perspective first, then work backward to the system
- Exceptional communication skills: can run a workshop, write a BRD, and present to leadership with equal confidence
- Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation — data-driven root cause analysis, not gut feel
- Well-versed in Agile/Scrum delivery; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Self-directed, high-energy, and biased toward action
- Experience driving adoption and change management across teams unfamiliar with new tools or ways of working
