GenAI Business Process Analyst AI Workflow Design & Sales Transformation - 68324
Pay Rate : $45- $50/hr
We have an immediate need for a GenAI-Fluent Business Process Analyst for a Sunnyvale, CA - hybrid opportunity supporting enterprise-scale Sales Business Process Reengineering initiatives.
In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology leaders to identify, design, and scale AI-driven process improvements across Sales Operations and BPR functions. You will map current and future-state workflows, conduct stakeholder workshops, and uncover opportunities where generative AI can deliver measurable business value. The position involves designing and building AI-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI products, ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. You will develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and workflow playbooks while collaborating with technical teams to align business requirements with scalable architecture. Additionally, you will lead UAT, track adoption metrics, drive change management, and present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, process optimization, and sales operations within enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with generative AI platforms, a solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations, and the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions are essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience, and a proven track record of driving organizational adoption will be critical for success in this role.
