Project Manager / Business Analyst MDM, Data & Reporting - 68332

Pay Rate: $50 -$54/hr

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager / Business Analyst specializing in Master Data Management for an exciting opportunity in Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead strategic data initiatives in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management initiatives while serving as a hands-on business analyst across complex data and reporting programs. You will manage project execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive governance discussions across business and technical teams. The position requires deep involvement in current-state and future-state analysis, data profiling, quality assessments, and business impact evaluations. You will define requirements for data integration, transformation, migration, and mapping while partnering with engineering teams to implement scalable solutions. Additionally, you will oversee data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities, ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Apache Spark, and business intelligence tools like Tableau will be highly valuable.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Project Management, Master Data Management, and Data Governance, along with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, data profiling, and data quality analysis. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential. Experience with analytics platforms, BI tools, and data governance solutions such as Collibra or DataHub will be a strong advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently drive large-scale MDM programs are critical for success.
