We are hiring for Amazon Connect Voice Engineer with Java and voice/telephony background (IVR, call routing) with my direct client at Remote locations for 6+ Months of contract. Please find the job description below and let me know your level of interest.
Job Title: Amazon Connect Voice Engineer (Java)
Location: Remote - USA
Duration: 6+ Months of contract - Only W2
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations
Configure and manage voice workflows, call routing, IVR systems, and integrations
Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable voice solutions
Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, APIs, databases)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure and contact center operations
Optimize system performance, call flows, and customer experience
Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of voice systems
Support deployment, testing, and production releases
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations)
Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing)
Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred)
Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Experience integrating voice platforms with CRM or third-party systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
