Summary

An innovative robotics company based in the greater Boston area is building the future of tire changing and wheel servicing through advanced automation. This full-time opportunity is focused on scaling real-world hardware systems that combine robotics, machine vision, and precision electromechanical engineering. The team is deploying cutting-edge technology directly into the field, modernizing a legacy automotive process that hasn't fundamentally changed in decades.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where you will own and shape the entire supply chain function from the ground up. The biggest draw here is autonomy-you won't be maintaining a process, you'll be building one. They are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and knows how to take products from prototype to full-scale production. You'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing, make critical decisions around vendors and cost, and directly influence the success of systems deployed in the field. If you're motivated by ownership, tangible results, and the chance to help scale category-defining robotics technology, this role offers serious growth and visibility.

8-15+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing
Proven experience scaling hardware from prototype to production

Ability to make decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Desired Skills & Experience
Established supplier network that can be leveraged quickly
Background in robotics, automotive, or industrial hardware
Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
Experience scaling production systems from early builds to full manufacturing
