  • Experience delivering Oracle implementations, enhancements, and transitions into production support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle configurations, integration dependencies, data flows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated mentorship and coaching skills, with experience developing consultants and building team capabilities.
  • Proven ability to create reusable assets, share knowledge, and contribute to practice development and intellectual property growth.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with five or more end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
