Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with a strong focus on reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SAP systems and be proficient in developing insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP modules and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting and analytics

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights

• Extract and transform data from SAP systems for reporting purposes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Provide functional expertise in SAP modules such as MM, FI, SD, PP, etc.

• Utilize SAP T-codes to retrieve and validate data as needed

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of reports

• Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of reporting solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a reporting/analytics-focused role

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI report building (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)

• Solid experience working with SAP systems

• Familiarity with SAP T-codes in at least one functional module (MM, FI, SD, PP, etc.)

• Strong understanding of data analysis, ETL concepts, and reporting best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple SAP modules

• Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts

• Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance domains
