Our client is looking for Digital Services Operations Specialist (GA4, GTM, OneTrust) for a long term project and below is the detailed requirement.

Role: Digital Services Operations Specialist (GA4, GTM, OneTrust)

Locations: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 13+ Years

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 13+ years of experience.
Strong hands-on experience with GA4 (event tracking, reporting, attribution)
Expertise in Google Tag Manager (advanced tagging, debugging, custom scripts)
Experience with OneTrust or similar consent management platforms
Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
Experience with data validation, debugging tools, and analytics QA processes
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end tracking solutions using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Develop and maintain robust data layer architectures for accurate and scalable tracking
Lead consent management implementations using OneTrust, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking performance and data accuracy across digital platforms
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and legal teams to align tracking with business and compliance needs
Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation for tracking processes and governance standards
Generate insights from digital data to support optimization of user journeys and business outcomes
Establish best practices and mentor team members on analytics and tagging frameworks
