Responsibilities:
The Digital Services Technical Lead will be responsible for:
Technical design, development, and solutioning of new technology implementations
Driving maturity of current software development and delivery practices
Providing expert leadership for technology transformations
Communicating risks and impacts of technical events
Responding to RFIs and drafting technical strategies
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in AWS, networking, IT security, and databases
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification
DevSecOps, security, and automation expertise
Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
Proficiency with AWS tools and security technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Leadership and incident resolution capabilities
Desired Skills:
8-10 years of experience in relevant roles
Advanced certifications preferred
Experience with PaaS environments
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
Ability to manage critical incidents and communication
