Summary

Title: System Engineer (Digital Services Technical Manager)

Location: Remote

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in technology roles, including AWS, networking, security, databases, and DevSecOps
Hands-on experience with AWS services, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
Strong experience with incident management, monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Datadog, CloudWatch, OpenSearch, and security tools
Coding proficiency in at least one programming language
Ability to support a 24/7 environment and lead critical incident resolution
Strong communication skills and executive-level presence
