Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Hanover, New Hampshire. This role involves leveraging advanced expertise in AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and enterprise workflow automation. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, ensuring secure and scalable AI solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining data governance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and governance of AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Develop and deploy scalable AI-powered workflows that enhance enterprise operations and automate processes.
Ensure robust data governance, identity and access management, and security architecture for all AI implementations.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and translate organizational needs into actionable AI strategies.
Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise applications.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with industry regulations and responsible AI practices.
Offer consultative expertise to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between AI adoption and business goals.
Stay updated on emerging AI developments and provide recommendations for leveraging new technologies.
Lead discussions and training sessions to enhance understanding of AI capabilities across teams.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, automation, or intelligent systems implementation within enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of data governance, identity and access management, and security architecture.
Demonstrated experience in designing AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Proven ability to automate data-driven workflows and optimize enterprise processes.
Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations in regulated industries such as higher education, healthcare, or financial services.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Security, or Azure are highly desirable.
