- Identify opportunities to optimize lead flow logic and decision rules to improve outcomes

- Develop a deep understanding of available data sources, reporting tools, and data limitations
- Validate assumptions and investigate anomalies in system-driven decisions
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with a Product Manager to help define requirements and success criteria
- Collaborate on Proof of Concepts (POCs), including stitching or combining data across sources
- Help document metrics, logic, and data definitions to support shared understanding and consistency
Enablement & Communication
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support UX and design partners by providing data context for dashboards and reporting experiences
Team Environment:
- Works closely with a Product Manager
- Partners with a UX designer for visualization and dashboard presentation needs

- Strong data literacy and ability to reason about data quality, logic, and impact
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Extensive experience analyzing data to inform business or product decisions
- Comfort working with reports, metrics, and exploratory analysis
Nice to Have: - Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (analysis and interpretation focused)
- Ability to present insights differently depending on audience (executive vs operational)
