Summary

The position will fulfill the roles of Project Manager of the Request for Proposal (RFP) development and vendor selection. The successful applicant must be capable of working independently to meet the objective of developing an RFP assuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and procurement rules. The project manager is responsible for maintaining project documents, developing/monitoring the project schedule, capturing meeting notes and document/tracking action items throughout the life of the project. The project manager will also develop the RFP document and manage the submission and assist with the vendor evaluation and final contract negotiations.

Required Skills:

10 years of Project Management experience
3+ years of experience in RFP Development and Submission; RFP Evaluation Assistance and RFP preparation
Preferred 1 years of Technical Writing experience
5 years experience in Requirements Gathering
5 years of experience in Drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
PMP Certification - Preferred
