Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong integration expertise, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations and rollouts. This role requires someone who can independently engage with stakeholders, understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and recommend best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, develop, and support complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Participate in enterprise ServiceNow rollouts, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Take complete ownership of assigned workstreams from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8–9 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
• Proven experience participating in or leading enterprise ServiceNow rollouts and implementations.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Houston, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience with large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or related ServiceNow modules.

Certifications Required

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)
