Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Business Systems analyst to join a fast-paced Agile team. If you have a strong background in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, this is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Position Logistics:

Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates must be local, within 1 hour of the office).
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Must be on-site every Tuesday and Wednesday. (Note: The first month will be 5 days/week on-site for onboarding).
Interview Process: In-person interviews are mandatory. Candidates must be available to travel to the site.
Future Outlook: This role offers the potential for long-term conversion to full-time employment (requires US work authorization).

Key Skills Required:

Dual Expertise: 3+ years of experience in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
Agile Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or JIRA) for managing Epics, Features, and User Stories throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Planning: Experience creating Product Roadmaps and documenting As-Is/To-Be business processes.
Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum processes; previous experience serving as a ScrumMaster is highly valued.
Tooling: Adept at using design and mapping tools like Figma and Visio.
Lifecycle Management: Ability to create test plans, execute functional/integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
