You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards that drive business decision-making. Your expertise in PowerBI will enable us to visualize complex data sets in an intuitive and user-friendly manner, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into compelling PowerBI solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create data models and relationships within PowerBI to support complex reporting and analysis needs.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI data sources, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of PowerBI tools and reports.
• Stay current with the latest PowerBI features and best practices, and apply them to enhance our PowerBI solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PowerBI developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in PowerBI Desktop and PowerBI Service.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization principles.
• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data calculations and custom measures.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data transformations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with data governance and data security best practices.
• Certification in PowerBI or related technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
