Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production Technology Support Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a client-facing position requiring strong customer service skills to provide technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The role involves managing service requests using ticketing systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows and Microsoft Office, and performing physical installations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing business needs while managing multiple issues simultaneously.
Responsibilities: - Take ownership for managing risk during all job activities
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries from clients
- Consult on complex fulfillment requests, engage with vendors, and submit change management requests
- Use request management tools (e.g., Remedy) to engage appropriate support teams and vendors to trigger corrective actions
- Perform physical activities such as installing/deinstalling large monitors and lifting desktops while managing cables
- Manage multiple issues simultaneously and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Requirements: - Customer service background and experience in a large scale enterprise support environment (500+ users)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for break-fix of Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, GPO, printers, and core applications
- Solid hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work well alone or in a team environment
- Must be flexible with working hours between 7am-6pm (local time)
- Required to do physical activities such as installing/deinstalling equipment
Desired skills: - Experience with command line knowledge and/or PowerShell
- Knowledge of mobility products (iPhone/Android)
- Experience with Remedy or other ticketing systems
- Prior experience with change management
- Knowledge or exposure to the telecommunications environment
Pay range: $28.08 - $36.08 per hour
