Position: Technology Delivery Manager (TDM)

Location: New York, NY

 

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
  • 10 years of experience in Technology Delivery Project Management Program Management PMO or related leadership roles
  • Proven track record delivering largescale complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing budgets forecasts resource planning vendor relationships and executive reporting
  • Exceptional communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct reporting authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
