Tittle – EU e-Invoicing Implementation Lead (Pagero / ONESOURCE)
Location – Minneapolis, MN - onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EU e-Invoicing Implementation Lead with strong expertise in Pagero (Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE) to lead the design, integration, and rollout of compliant e-invoicing solutions across European markets. The role requires a strong techno-functional background with hands-on experience in ERP integration, cloud platforms, and e-invoicing compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of EU e-invoicing solutions using Pagero / ONESOURCE platform
Design and manage integration between SAP/Oracle ERP systems and external invoicing networks
Ensure compliance with EU e-invoicing regulations and country-specific tax requirements
Drive solution architecture for invoicing data flow across ERP, cloud, and third-party systems
Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions
Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance cloud-based invoicing operations
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of IT implementation experience
Strong experience in EU e-invoicing / electronic invoicing compliance programs
Hands-on experience with Pagero or similar invoicing platforms
Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP integration
Good understanding of AWS cloud environments
Experience in system integration, API-based connectivity, and data mapping
Strong techno-functional and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing
Knowledge of Peppol network and EU tax compliance frameworks
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
