Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects while managing scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful product delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, budgets, and delivery metrics, and communicate status to leadership.
- Mentor team members, promote Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or technical leadership within Agile enterprise environments.

|
Technical Skills
|
Agile Methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, REST APIs, Cloud Platforms, Jira, Project Management Tools, Enterprise Applications
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Product Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Budget Management, Team Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise software delivery and Agile transformation initiatives.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
