Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives while ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Manage cross-functional teams, project risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Mentor team members, promote Agile best practices, and support successful product releases and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or technical leadership within Agile enterprise environments.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Agile Methodologies, Java, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, SDLC, Jira
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Product Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Project Planning, Team Leadership, Budget Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise software delivery and Agile transformation initiatives.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
