Summary

Job Summary
RSA Security is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Business Analyst / Domain SME to drive business process definition, requirements gathering, and solution alignment across sales, finance, and revenue operations functions. The candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful implementation of Quote-to-Cash processes leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash processes.Facilitate workshops with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Support Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ implementation initiatives.Define and optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, renewal, and amendment processes.Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams to validate proposed solutions.Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and business validation activities.Assist in change management, user training, and adoption activities.Create process flows, business documentation, and requirements artifacts.
