Summary

Level IV: 8+ Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.

-One round of interviews with the host manager
-There is a strong possibility of conversion based on performance and budget, but it''s not a guarentee.
-This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Typical working hours are 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
-Highschool diploma required, bachelor''s degree is a plus
-SoCal Gas to provide equipment
- This role is looking for an effective administrative assistant for the HRCM project provides structured coordination and operational support across the project team. This role requires strong scheduling discipline and organization to manage high visibility activities (e.g., tours, meetings, stakeholder engagement) while maintaining control of requests and minimizing disruption to field execution.
-The assistant applies sound judgment and awareness of a live construction environment to prioritize requests, align activities with safety and execution needs, and follow defined approval processes.
-In addition, the role supports both the Director and Sr. Managers by managing administrative responsibilities, maintaining organized tracking systems, coordinating communications, and providing visibility across project activities to enable effective decision-making and execution
