AWS Cloud Engineer

Introduction:

As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on the Amazon Web Services platform. You will work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
• Deploy and configure virtual servers, storage, and networking on AWS
• Automate common tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and deployment of cloud-based applications

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices

Preferred Skills:

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
