Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong healthcare domain experience to manage, configure, and support Salesforce applications used by healthcare organizations. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to improve Salesforce functionality, data quality, workflows, reporting, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce applications.
• Gather requirements from healthcare business stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage Salesforce data loads, updates, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and healthcare applications/systems.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide production support.
• Manage user access, security settings, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Develop healthcare-focused reports and dashboards for operational and management reporting.
• Work with developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations when customization is required.
• Participate in Salesforce upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions support applicable healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Healthcare, payer, provider, health insurance, or managed-care domain experience.
• Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Approval Processes.
• User administration, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security.
• Salesforce data management and data migration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Health Cloud certification.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ETL/data migration tools.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience working with healthcare payer/provider platforms.
