= Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite/week) - Candidate must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate prior to starting
= Max C2C Rate: $50/hr

Overview

Clinet is seeking for a Project Manager II. This role is part of a high-priority initiative to modernize and streamline the Grant Administration System, transitioning away from manual and disconnected tools. The selected PM will be responsible for leading this system transformation by aligning stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring project success using proven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex enterprise-wide grant system modernization project.

  • Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to meet technical and functional objectives.

  • Maintain a detailed project work plan and ensure timely delivery against milestones.

  • Track risks, manage scope, and communicate progress with all stakeholders.

  • Guide cross-functional teams and evaluate their outcomes against goals.

  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations regarding grants and financials.

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing financial systems.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager handling large, complex enterprise-wide implementations.

  • Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and team coordination.

  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary and cross-departmental teams in large organizations.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications.

  • Experience with grant management systems or large-scale enterprise software implementations.

  • Familiarity with financial systems and how they interface with grant platforms.

  • Background working in or with government agencies, especially in compliance or funding roles.
