Our client is seeking a Project Manager in New York, NY
Role Description
They have refined the qualifications and responsibilities for greater clarity and alignment with the role's scope. In addition, they introduced two new sections: How Success Will Be Measured and Who We Are Looking For to support more targeted recruiting. One important note: while they have defined clear qualifications, they are intentionally looking for someone motivated to grow with them, even if they do not meet every requirement on day one.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in project or delivery management within a B2B SaaS environment
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience participating in or running ceremonies with support from Product or Engineering
Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for tracking work, dependencies, and delivery status
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF), or willingness to learn audit-ready delivery practices
Experience supporting releases, managing risks or dependencies, and coordinating across teams
Experience working with distributed engineering teams and/or external partners
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving product
Small, agile team with strong synergy.
Emphasis on ownership, collaboration, and communication.
Open to innovation and modern frameworks; developers influence tech decisions.
Start-up environment but well-funded and stable.
