Job Summary

We are seeking a Web Migration Specialist to support website migration projects from the legacy Plesk platform to the Sites@GT hosting environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with WordPress CMS, website migrations, accessibility standards, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Migrate WordPress websites from Plesk to Sites@GT
Work with customers to gather migration requirements
Ensure SEO, content, and functionality are preserved during migration
Recommend solutions for forms, plugins, workflows, and integrations
Review websites for accessibility compliance (WCAG)
Assist with DNS updates and domain configuration
Track migration requests and project status
Prioritize migrations based on business impact and complexity

Required Skills

3-5 years of WordPress CMS experience
Experience with website migration projects
Knowledge of SEO preservation and redirects
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Basic knowledge of DNS and domain configuration
Strong communication and customer support skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
