1. Experience leading a team of developers under Microsoft development stack
2. Experience with frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS, Angular, Typescript
3. Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)
4. Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar tools
5. Experience setting up, maintaining and using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks
6. Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for complex systems

Responsibilities:
1. Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project.
2. Provide oversight and guidance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and make performance improvements.
3. Perform code reviews and testing on new code.
4. Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
5. Cooperation with LDWF’s Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications.
6. Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.
11. Performs all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.
