A dynamic media company is seeking a new Ad Tech Product Analyst to manage digital ad sales systems and collaborate with various teams. Candidates must have experience with both Operative One and Google Ad Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the user base to ensure satisfaction
- Taking ownership of tickets and resolving user requests
- Collaborating in a team setting to solve issues and manage tickets
- Tracking, categorizing, and updating the status of tickets
- Identifying defects and working with vendors to resolve them
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Ad Technology
- Bachelor's degree
- System experience in Operative.One, Google Ad Manager, and Freewheel
- Technical background in System Integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic and creative thinking ability
- Project Management and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and innovative mindset
Desired Skills:
- Experience within a Media company
