Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Systems Support Administrator to support a fast-paced technology environment focused on infrastructure stability, workstation support, and office systems administration.
This role is ideal for someone with strong networking and systems support experience who enjoys hands-on technical troubleshooting, supporting office operations, and working across a broad range of IT responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
• Provide system and production support for office infrastructure, applications, and network operations
• Support and maintain wired and wireless office networking environments
• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications
• Manage workstation setup, imaging, maintenance, and general end-user support
• Support Google Workspace environments including email, Google Voice, and administrative tools
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network and system availability
• Assist with security monitoring, virus prevention, and compliance-related activities
• Support backups, documentation updates, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain business continuity
• Participate in system testing, implementations, upgrades, and support activities as needed
• Respond to technical issues in a timely manner and prioritize support requests effectively
What You’ll Need
• 2+ years of systems analysis, programming, technical support, or related IT experience
• Strong networking and workstation support experience
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments
• General IT systems administration knowledge
• Experience with Google Administration and Google Workspace tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, security, and compliance practices
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
