Organizational Change Manager Resources will align to major workstreams (BOM Management, Enterprise Change Management, Service, Systems Engineering) and apply our OCM framework end-to-end (intake, stakeholder mapping, change impact, communications, training, sustainment, and measurement).
Responsibilities: Apply the technical change communication strategy plans
Support the creation and implementation of communication plans to ensure the success of change management initiatives for our digital transformation goals.
Collaborate with technical leaders, managers, and HR identify communication needs, targeted messaging, and any additional change management needs to support the adoption holistic change/adoption.
Create content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations.
Support consistent messaging between di(erent departments
Required: Experience working in an organization that designs and/or manufactures complex hardware products. Automotive industry experience preferred.
Proven experience in change management communication or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
