We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer with cement expertise to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about engineering, has a deep understanding of the cement and concrete industry, and is adept at leveraging this knowledge to drive results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing existing customer relationships, staying on top of industry trends, collaboration, account management, documentation, sales, mix design, and concrete.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Utilizing your cement expertise to provide technical advice on all aspects of construction.
2. Developing the mix design and overseeing concrete production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
3. Optimizing existing customer relationships and managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
4. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and leveraging this knowledge to improve our processes and strategies.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives.
6. Managing all documentation, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with industry and company standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or professional engineering (PE) license would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on cement - REQUIRED.
3. Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and cement technologies.
4. Proficiency in mix design and concrete production.
5. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
6. Exceptional collaboration and team management skills.
7. Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
