As the Product Manager you will be responsible for Client management, production support for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions team. You will support onboarding clients on EDM products, support product roadmap implementation & production deployment with code migration.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years experience
  • Understanding the Credit Card/Banking industry & Commercial Card domain.
  • Experience in working with Credit card data processors TSYS/FDR/FIS.
  • Support client relationship and project leads across multiple development practices
  • Experience with SQL for writing complex queries
  • Implement Data Governance policies, standard and procedures within ETL process to ensure compliance with enforcing data accuracy, completeness, consistency & integrity.


Impact You'll Make:
  • Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Work with a wider project team to develop and execute appropriate end user acceptance testing plans to support functional releases
  • Coordinate with internal and/or client IT teams to actively support infrastructure and platform needs of product environments.
  • Ensure production processes follow defined standards, maintain industry standard documentation, enhance operational manuals & runbooks.
  • Review of the Code to verify the accuracy, standards and optimizing the queries and minimizing the processing times.
  • Track the progress of monthly and daily processes and validation, provide timely updates to team so that issues can be identified early in the process. Inform the client and escalate in case of any risks to SLA.
  • Support weekly and ad hoc client meetings and assist with project management activities such as preparing agenda, capturing, and sharing meeting minutes, etc.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,750.00 - $131,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
