Job#: 3031223 Job Description: Program ManagerPosition OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple related projects to ensure they collectively deliver strategic business outcomes. This role focuses on program-level planning, cross-functional coordination, risk and dependency management, and executive-level communication to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects
- Align program objectives, scope, timelines, and outcomes to business strategy
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and constraints
- Establish and maintain program governance, cadence, and standardized delivery processes
- Provide clear program status, financials, and risk visibility to senior leadership
- Drive accountability across project teams and ensure delivery quality and consistency
- Manage vendors and external partners as applicable
Core Skills & Competencies- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Expertise in program planning, scheduling, and execution
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles
- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with formal project/program management methodologies and tools
- Must have PMP
