Role Overview
The HRIS Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of HR technology initiatives across the People Technology portfolio, including ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and other Time & Attendance applications. This role partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend delivery of HRIS projects, including planning, execution, and deployment
Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and external vendors
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and golive readiness
Ensure alignment to HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee experience goals
Facilitate governance, decisionmaking, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Experience & Qualifications
5 years of experience managing HRIS or enterprise technology projects, preferably in HR or Payroll domains
Familiarity with HR systems such as HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, or Talent platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience working with vendors and crossfunctional delivery teams
Plus if you have experience with ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors or Workforce Software
