Merch Services Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an onsite Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Merch Services Project Manager will serve as the primary link between our internal execution teams and our merchant partners. This role is focused on high-level orchestration, stakeholder management, and ensuring that project outcomes align with business objectives. The contractor leads critical project meetings, manages executive reporting, and navigates complex cross-functional relationships to drive project success. They will be the "voice of the project" to the merchant, translating technical execution into strategic results.

Key Tasks:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and senior leadership, managing expectations and fostering strong professional relationships
* Lead project kick-offs, recurring status meetings, and post-mortem reviews with cross-functional partners and field leadership
* Synthesize data provided by the Project Analyst into high-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review
* Own the overarching project timeline, identifying potential risks to the merchant's vision and implementing mitigation strategies
* Act as the bridge between the merchant's requirements and the Project Analyst's executional tasks to ensure alignment
* Address and resolve high-level escalations from field partners or merchants regarding project scope or delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
