Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional to monitor and manage end-to-end order flows across digital, B2B, and non-retail channels.
Act as SME for order management, ensuring smooth processing and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor order journeys and resolve issues
Perform L1 triaging and identify bottlenecks
Build automated reports and alerts to reduce manual effort
Collaborate with tech teams to fix order flow issues
Requirements:
Strong data analysis skills
Experience with Tableau (preferred) or Looker
Extensive Oracle backend experience
Familiarity with Pega (functional understanding)
Exposure to CXP systems (CJCM, OM, DVS, DMD, Vision, Pass DB)
Interview Process:
2 rounds (In-person preferred / Google Meet)
