Supply Chain Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $19-29 Per HR

Description

The role focuses on coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. This position is fully onsite and involves detailed data analysis, demand planning, and data modeling. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data engineering and be able to utilize advanced spreadsheet software and supply chain management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Export and analyze system-based and customer-provided data for sales, purchase orders, and inventory.
  • Maintain and update master data for accurate reporting and data transformation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on production confirmation and purchase order tracking.
  • Monitor performance through KPI tracking reports to identify and address exceptions.
  • Support supply chain processes by providing necessary internal reports for planning meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related industry managing order/sales data and inventory.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve operational data discrepancies.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience with enterprise planning or financial planning systems.
