Job Overview:

Pay Range: $92.25hr - $97.25hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an IT related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an infrastructure architect.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4+ years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Proficiency in innovating ideas and solutions resulting in tangible and measurable business outcomes.
  • Mastery in creating architecture solutions within the enterprise architecture future state for technological acceleration of value outcomes.
  • Thorough understanding of Oracle Financials integration capabilities with PeopleSoft HCM, Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and SAP Ariba.
  • Understanding of Oracle Financials data models, business objects, accounting structures, financial dimensions, accounting events, and integration mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer business relationships including membership, enrollment, claims processing, and regulatory reporting.
  • Understanding of the financial implications of healthcare transactions across subledger, general ledger, accounts payable, and treasury environments.
  • Expert knowledge of integration solutions and emerging technologies including cloud, big data, BPM, AI/ML, or robotics.
  • Strong development and integration technology experience.
  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage complex projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic technology direction and create solution architecture for large complex initiatives.
  • Develop solution options and make architecture recommendations based upon business value, complexity, cost, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Design end-to-end solutions spanning Oracle Financials and surrounding enterprise applications.
  • Serve as the principal solution architect for solutions involving Oracle Financials/E-Business Suite (EBS), including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Architect solutions involving General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax, Subledger Accounting, Budgets, and Financial Reporting.
  • Analyze Oracle Financials capabilities against business requirements to determine configuration, extension, or integration needs.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize the use of Oracle standard capabilities while minimizing technical debt.
  • Evaluate Oracle product capabilities, releases, and emerging technologies like Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications/ERP Cloud.
  • Design solutions that accommodate unique financial requirements of healthcare payer products and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce presentations for proposed solutions providing current and future state diagrams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high quality architecture solutions and technical designs.
  • Provide solution architectural consulting to business leaders, program leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Lead solution architecture deliverables for large complex portfolios, aligning with enterprise architecture.
  • Define and communicate a shared technical and architecture vision across the portfolio.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new applications with enterprise applications in the ecosystem.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and develop future architecture and technology migration plans.
Nice to Have:
  • Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience architecting solutions for HR systems and/or Procurement systems.
  • Recent payer or provider healthcare experience.
  • Experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with intranet development and implementation.
  • Experience contributing to portfolio rationalization or technical debt remediation initiatives.
