Job Title: IT Business Analyst with eQMS - Remote / Telecommute

Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $47hr - $53hr
  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver effective enterprise solutions.
  • Support implementation and optimization of electronic Quality Management Systems.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Requirements/Must Have:

  • Experience working as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in Quality functions.
  • Experience with eQMS systems such as TrackWise Digital or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage backlogs.
  • Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and validation.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Support change management activities including training, documentation, and user adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data, user feedback, and performance metrics.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation techniques.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
