Summary

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining system objectives and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product feature development, customer journey enhancements, and communication strategies across the CBM platform.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create clear and user-friendly documentation including SRS, feature requirements, and customer journey flows.
Collaborate with developers, UX teams, testers, and business stakeholders.
Translate requirements into BDD (Behavior Driven Development) format.
Assess system impacts and dependencies for new or modified features.
Support testing and validation by comparing outcomes against requirements.
Contribute to customer communication content (email/SMS) ensuring clarity and user-friendly messaging.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain artifacts in Jira/Confluence.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of APIs and business process modeling.
Proven expertise in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to bridge technical and business/marketing perspectives.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have

Telecom domain knowledge (especially service lifecycle understanding).
Experience working on customer journey mapping and communications.
Exposure to testing/validation processes and requirement traceability.
