A leading AI-focused digital agency is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions. This full-time opportunity is based in the U.S. (remote flexibility available) and focuses on developing LLM-powered systems, backend APIs, and data pipelines using modern technologies like Python, AWS, and vector databases.

This is a unique chance to work on real-world AI deployments inside complex enterprise environments, not experimental projects. The team is looking for an engineer who thrives in high-impact, high-ownership environments and wants to shape how AI gets embedded into customer platforms at scale. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge AI frameworks, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in delivering production-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.js
  • Experience with Bedrock and MCP
  • Experience working with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Hands-on experience building APIs and scalable services
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including Lambda, ECS, S3
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Experience building or maintaining data pipelines
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and AI orchestration workflows
  • Knowledge of Databricks or large-scale data processing tools
  • Exposure to AI observability tools (LangSmith, W&B, etc.)
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Familiarity with multi-agent systems or advanced AI workflows
