Description
We are looking for a skilled Front End Web Developer to join our team in Hammond, Louisiana. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining dynamic websites, with a strong focus on user experience and functionality. You will have the opportunity to work with modern web technologies and collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain websites using modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Ensure optimal website performance and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement visually appealing and functional web designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and performance.
Integrate third-party applications and tools to enhance website capabilities.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability.
Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, with a strong understanding of web development principles.
Experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
Familiarity with Spring Webflow and its application in web development.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
A passion for staying current with emerging web technologies and best practices.
