Overview:
As an IGA Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced solutions within the realm of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Your primary responsibility will be to develop custom enhancements within or integrated with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational identity management needs. This role requires you to leverage your expertise in Java to create robust, scalable, and secure solutions that address complex identity governance challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality code that enhances the overall performance and usability of the system.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Java programming, with a proven ability to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications. Familiarity with identity management concepts and tools, particularly in the context of Identity Governance Administration (IGA), will be critical to your success. Experience with Saviynt EIC or similar platforms will give you a significant advantage, as will a deep understanding of integration processes and methodologies. Exposure to best practices in software development, such as version control, testing frameworks, and agile methodologies, will further enhance your ability to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop custom enhancements within or integrated with Saviynt EIC
- Utilize Java programming skills to enhance Identity Management and Governance Administration systems
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Identity Management and Governance Administration
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years development experience, including experience working with database query languages
Required Any one Certifications:
- Comptia Security + (Mandatory)
- Azure
- Okta
- Saviynt, or other govt approved computing environment certification
