Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project specifications

Essential Skills & Experience



  • Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role within a relevant industry sector

  • Strong technical expertise in engineering principles and practices applicable to the specific domain

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovation

  • Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at various levels

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field

  • Familiarity with industry standards, health and safety protocols, and environmental regulations



Desirable Skills & Experience



  • Membership of a professional engineering institution

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

  • Background in sustainability or green engineering initiatives

  • Certification in project management or specialised technical training

  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and technology solutions
